• Minimum deposit: ৳200 via bKash and Nagad, ৳300 via Rocket, ৳1,000 via bank transfer.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (mobile banking), ৳1,000 (bank transfer).
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit — withdrawals through third parties are not permitted for security reasons.
• KYC verification must be completed on your account before withdrawals can be processed.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn while an active bonus turnover is in progress — however, your original deposit amount remains withdrawable at any time.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Every bonus offer has a set expiry period — once that period passes, the bonus will be forfeited.

• If bonus abuse is detected — such as multiple accounts from the same household claiming the same bonus — all bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6Betting Rules & Result Determination

Certain general rules always apply when betting on bd1o. Once a bet is submitted, it typically cannot be changed or cancelled — so always double-check all details before placing your bet.

• If your bet was submitted before the odds changed, the odds in effect at the time of submission will apply.
• If a technical error causes incorrect odds to be displayed, bd1o reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If a match is cancelled or the minimum required playing time is not met, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• In a multi-selection accumulator bet, if one selection is voided, it will be counted as 1.0 (a push).
• On all betting markets, bd1o's decision in determining the outcome is final.
• Coordinated betting by the same individual or group (syndicate betting) is strictly prohibited.

In live betting, odds change in real time. If your connection drops, wait until the bet is confirmed as submitted before trying again, and check your bet history first.

7Prohibited Activities & Fraud

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on bd1o in order to maintain a safe and fair environment. Violations will result in immediate account closure and may lead to legal action.

• Using bots or automated software to place bets.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse.

• Engaging in fraudulent conduct toward other members.
